long after here's a good movie for the whole family...
simple storyline which clearly explains the importance of joint family.
all the characters have played their role effectively and every frame is alive.example is the newly married couple plans for a honeymoon and the next scene is their return with gifts to the whole family.no item song for their love but after engagement the song 'kandaen kandaen' show the feeling of every mans marriage life.
cheran playing the role nadesan born in a 'naatukottai chettiyar' family,a very big family consisting 32 members all being very good inside.
sneha named saala comes as their daughter in law who agree to marry seran after seeing him with all his family members in a marriage function.sneha is shown as a girl loving to be in a midst of people always...something different from todays...she likes to be with some 10 friends in home and after marriage she likes to be in that big family which shows full love on her.
and when seran gets a transfer to a place where sneha has to spend all her daytime all alone,scenes change.to fight back her loneliness she start recording different sounds she hear and make them a gallery and so on.seran has no prob here n he always think that his lovely wife is always happy with this new form of living but thats not true.
jayaram plays role of a doctor who is here to understand sneha's problem and explain it to seran
climax is always predictable - back to joint family...pirivom santhipom
