** use sprouted grains,go for brown rice & whole wheat pasta instead of processed ones

** food facts: watermelon promotes weight loss.lowers cholesterol,controls BP,rich in vitamins A, B6, C
** yogurt: guards against ulcers,strengthens bones,aids digestion
** avoid tea after meal-it contains acid,which hardens the protein in the food,thus making it difficult to digest
** a pinch of pepper powder & 1/4 tsp of common salt is excellent for tooth ache
